For many years people have asked me for copies of my sermons,
and have told me that they should have a larger audience. I was
flattered, of course, but didn't see how that was possible. Then
a few months ago it struck me that I could send them out by email
to a subscription list, and the idea for HOMILY GRIT was born.
At least twice a month I send out current sermons to anyone
who asks to be put on the list. (If I only preach once during
a month, I will select a sermon from the past.) There is no fee
to subscribe. Simply send email to
and ask to subscribe to HOMILY GRIT. Do the same to unsubscribe
(pretty low-tech stuff here!).
Thanks to all of you who have encouraged me as a preacher,
